How billing actually works
Pay only for active seats
A member is billed for a period only once they've been active for 14 or more days in it. Invite freely — someone who barely used their seat that month isn't charged for it.
Storage scales with your team
Your storage allowance is your active member count times the per-member allowance, plus any extra storage blocks you choose to add. Nothing is auto-charged from usage alone.
One invoice, every month
Usage is tallied automatically and billed monthly. No manual seat counting, no surprise true-ups.
Pricing questions
- Why is there only one plan?
- Every Agily module — routines, planning, delivery, reporting, AI assistance — is available to every workspace from day one. Instead of gating features behind tiers, pricing scales with how many people actually use it.
- How do the free member seats work?
- Your first few active members each billing period are free automatically — no code, no separate free plan to sign up for. You only start paying per seat once your active member count goes past that number.
- Is AI included?
- The AI-assisted features (work item summaries, sprint planning suggestions, report narratives, routine summaries) work out of the box. Managed AI access per user is a small optional add-on shown above; you can also bring your own AI provider key at no extra cost.
- Can I change currency later?
- Currency is set when a workspace is created and applies to that workspace's billing going forward. Contact us if you need help changing it.
